Casey County Grand Jury Has Another Busy Session; Over a Dozen Persons Indicted

The Casey County Grand Jury had a busy session earlier this week returning indictments against more than a dozen persons. Once again, drug trafficking and possession charges were prevalent in the numerous cases that came before the Grand Jury.

According to records in Circuit Clerk Craig Overstreet’s office, the following persons are now formally accused of criminal offenses through indictments:

  • Rhianna Jo Evans, 24, of Liberty – Possession of Controlled Substance (methamphetamine) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
  • Jordan Ray Luttrell, 22, of Liberty – Possession of Controlled Substance (methamphetamine), Fleeing or Evading Police on Foot, Possession of Marijuana, Resisting Arrest, DUI, Reckless Driving, Speeding, Disregarding a Stop Sign and Failure to Wear Seat Belts
  • Gregory Warren Atwood, 30, of Liberty – Possession of Controlled Substance (methamphetamine) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
  • Millard Dwayne Ridgon, 52, of Liberty – Possession of Controlled Substance (methamphetamine) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
  • Joshua Wayne Pruitt, 25, of Liberty – Receiving Stolen Property (firearm) and Possession of Firearm by a Convicted Felon
  • Bryan Wesley Means, 49, of Yosemite – Trafficking in Controlled Substance (methamphetamine) and Persistent Felony Offender
  • Bethany Ann Lynn AKA Bethany Ann Daniel – Possession of Controlled Substance (methamphetamine), Tampering with Physical Evidence and Persistent Felony Offender
  • Cassidy E. Kearney, 31, of Liberty – Trafficking in Controlled Substance (four counts)
  • Brenda Lee Cochran, 51, of Liberty – Trafficking in Controlled Substance
  • Clifton W. Hale, 57, of Liberty – Trafficking in Controlled Substance (drug unspecified-four counts) and Trafficking in Controlled Substance (methamphetamine-two counts)
  • George Samuel Webb, Jr., 46, of Hustonville – Trafficking in Controlled Substance (meth)
  • Norman Glen Sayers, 37, of Liberty – Trafficking in Controlled Substance (meth)
  • Jordan Ray Posey, 18, of Liberty – Burglary 2nd Degree and Theft By Unlawful Taking
